We had a great experience with CL Structures and highly recommend them. We interviewed multiple builders and feel their business model is superior for several reasons. First, design services are included. Our Designer, Jessica, was great. She helped us smoothly navigate all design/appliance decisions, and we love the results. Also, because of their strong relationships and how CL Structures partners with building trades, there was almost no downtime. Work occurred onsite almost daily, meaning our house was built in 10 months! This was on Seabrook Island, which is notorious for slow builds. Owner Chris Dudleck skillfully navigated permitting, approval, and inspection processes at the Town and County levels. His knowledge and relationships helped keep things moving and on track. Not only was the project on time, it was on/under budget.

My wife and I had the challenge of finding a builder for a lot we had purchased on Seabrook Island in 2000 while living remotely in Florida to build our full-time home.

We were very impressed from our first meeting. He had come prepared, was well organized, and was an exceptional listener to our design expectations for our house. We checked references and had many discussions over the phone to ensure we were aligned on timing and budget expectations. Once the project began, Chris always made himself available. His patience with our many questions was answered with candor. He never once overpromised and underdelivered. When there was a delay with materials due to the pandemic, he was always transparent and forthright. His attention to detail was exceptional.
